A raw (sheng), non-fermented pu-erh tea cake harvested in 2001 and dry-stored continuously in our Hong Kong warehouse. Long-term aging has developed the complexity that raw pu-erh collectors seek — a tea that continues to evolve year after year.
Generously yielding, this cake can be brewed up to 10 times using the traditional one-minute method, making it well suited for extended gongfu-style sessions.

One minute brewing method:
1) add 8-12 grams of tea into a 120 ml teapot
2) rinse it with hot water
3) add hot water again and brew it for 1 minute max. (can adjust the concentration by reducing or increasing brewing time)
4) Ready to drink and enjoy.
5) can repeat the above process for 10 times
